I'm afraid you can't enter on line, so please fill out this form on screen and then print out this page. Please print one form for each entrant and send it / them by post to: Three Peaks Trial bookings, 122 Stow Hill, Newport, Gwent NP20 4GA.

The closing date for pre-entries is 14th March 2009

This information will be held on a computer system, but only for the purposes of Cardiff Outdoor Group Administration.

Please send a cheque made payable to Cardiff Outdoor Group for £10.00. For juniors, unemployed, students and OAPs, the entry fee is £5.50.

Please note that the Platinum route is harder than the Gold route.
