Weekend events

This page is our calendar of weekend events. Please note that most events now start from the front of Chapter Arts Centre in Canton and not from outside the National Museum of Wales, Cathays Park. This is because Sunday parking charges have been introduced in central areas.

Many of our walks are in places remote from civilisation. It's your responsibility to have suitable clothing and footwear for bad weather.

If you would like to bring children or dogs, please check first with the event organiser.

Unless otherwise specified, a packed lunch should be brought along on day events (often shown as "BPL".

The grade of the event refers to the terrain, not the distance, which is shown separately. This and some other information is shown in the key below.

To find out more about any event, please phone the event organiser. If no phone number is given, please email us or phone a member of the committee, shown below.

New members are welcome at events.
