Note: The members' handbook is a 8 page booklet on A5. This PDF document is
presented in such a way as to be printed double sided on two sheets of A4.
Pages 1,8 are first, then 3 and 6, 2 and 7 and finally 4 and 5. Print the first
two sheets, (p8&1, p6&3), then print on the back of the first sheet
(p2&7), finally on the back of the second sheet (p4,5). I hope this makes
sense!
